New York, NY --- Lunt Silversmiths, one of the most prominent leaders in luxury sterling silverware in America, has renewed its permanent showroom lease on the fourth floor at Forty One Madison, announced Senior Vice President and Building Director, Laurie Burns.   "Lunt has been a tenant in the building since 1986 and has expanded its space several times over the years.   We are proud to have played a part in their growth and are delighted they will continue as a treasured tenant."

     Jim Lunt, President noted the family-owned company was founded in 1902 by his great-grandfather and is now in the hands of the fifth generation.   Alex Lunt, Jim's nephew, was recently appointed Director of Product Development and Design in the Greenfield, MA headquarters. "We at Lunt Silversmiths have long appreciated the value offered by Forty One Madison, the location that epitomizes the quality segment of our industry.   We look forward to many years at '41,' the perfect site to grow our business in both the domestic and international arenas."

     Lunt Silversmiths produces sterling silver flatware, hollowware, a wide variety of gifts and stainless steel flatware under the Couzon brand.   The company has several licensed agreements including The New York Botanical Gardens and Disney classic "Pooh" dinnerware and accessories.   The showroom will be open during the New York Gift Show, January 25 - 29, 2009 and New York Tabletop Market, April 21 - 24.
